Ariel Xue is a partner at Brody Kling, pllc. Prior to joining the firm, Ariel was a litigation associate in the government enforcement group at Ropes & Gray LLP, where she represented individuals and multinational corporations in connection with internal and government investigations.  Ariel maintained an active pro bono practice at Ropes & Gray, focusing on divorce, custody, Civil Protection Order/domestic violence, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status matters.

After graduating from Georgetown Law, Ariel completed a fellowship year in the Hague, Netherlands, splitting her time between Chambers at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, and the family law team at the Hague Conference on Private international Law. In law school, Ariel was awarded “Best Student Attorney” by the Georgetown Law Domestic Violence Clinic for her representation of survivors of domestic violence in Civil Protection Order proceedings. Ariel also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kiyo A. Matsumoto of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to beginning her legal career, Ariel worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions at the Dartmouth College Admissions Office.
